Well that will be only for Europe. Jus go to https://www.google.com/accounts/ServiceLogin?service=mail<mpl=gabby
If you are in US, then you can give your mobile number to which Google sends an invitation code immediately.
Are you in Asia, you have to keep waiting.
Gmail has been changing its Homepage whenever there is update. This might happen with every other website, but do you know that Gmail has all of its Homepage still online and you can access them by changing just a single parameter.
